    Latency and System Clock Top Bar Modification

    This in all its simplicity adds your actual latency and a system clock to the top black bar. The system clock is the one most right, coloured slighly blue.
    Version 1.2
    - Added a decimal point for when latency goes into seconds (it gets shortened to only showing full seconds then).

    Version 1.1
    - Fixed an issue with the latency text overlapping the mail icon.
    - Added FPS counter.

    This is a great addon i love it. But i would like to see two things if possible.
    1. Cleaned up font. It might just be me but the font just looks dirty as if its being filtered wrong or something.
    2. Frame rate and latency numbers to change with the variable i.e.(1 50 100)
