I put this together while working on an addon I was doing (my first non-modification addon, using a discrete window). I realised as I was putting everything together that a sort of Module example base (above and beyond the **extremely** primitive Test01) would go a long way for introducing developers to making their own mods.
Thus, the file. Inside you will find Modules.xml, CharPrefs.xml (both go in TSW\Data\Gui\Customized), AACEModule.swf (goes in TSW\Data\Gui\Default\Flash for now). There is also AACE.fla
(all assets in here,), AACE.as (loaded when the module activates), and AACEWindow.as (a small class representing a Library Symbol that is the window).
**This is not a tutorial**; it is an example of what a primitive, movable window complete with settings saving (specifically position) looks like. The buttons work (but don't do much) and the whole thing
is ready for use as a basic explore and tinker platform.
You should be familiar with programming and Flash before you look at this, otherwise it won't make much sense. Feel free to ask questions on here or on the official forums in the appropriate thread.
