You can create an auto_login script to turn on combat login every time you login. The corruption damage is self damage. It is only shown if you enable self damage in the secret parser options on ACT.

Of course, I only installed both ACT and this the other day, and while it seems to work fine, there's still some issues with my character name appearing and the ingame script.
