This addon is an addon for an addon and will fix the questionmark on the bottom right if you have installed Viper's Topbar Information Overload.
It also adds the new (issue #10) gui-lock button to the topbar icons (normally its on the top right).
This allowes you to move gui/hud items.

Uninstall:

Delete the Folder...
