Are you annoyed that you have to wait 5 seconds after you've loaded to actually do anything, because the game decides it needs to waste your time by fading in the gameworld, instead of just letting you play?
Yeah, I have no idea who decided that would be a good idea... Regardless here's the solution!

As a bonus it also allows you to set the delay for tooltips showing up all the way down to 0 in the game's interface options, instead of being forced to wait at least half a second for them to start showing up (as you can't go lower than 0.5 seconds in the options per default).
