is this part of the defaultui or ..?
 

hello, Im trying to identify a ui element. i dont know if its part of the default ui or some mod in using, I want to move or REmove it.

the outlined box at the top and bottom on the screen are my player and target window resized and moved around using customui. the little box floating right above my target window is the element in question. its weird, it doesn't appear all the time and I'm currently unclear on what makes it show up at all

That's a feature of Viper's NameTagOverload.

What it does is put the nametag of your current target back into view if you stop facing it.

You can disable it in the settings or configure it as you wish. Personally, I have it disabled.
