Looking for the creation of a World Map Addon

Hello, i am looking for a world map Addon, that shows all the quests, respawns and so forth.

Something similar to what this is

just select a map and it is interactable.

and someone has made a script that opens those maps in the in game browser {Check here}

and i was wondering if it was possible to make an addon that when you press M to open the ingame world map that it would have the same function as the interactive map as posted above?
