Mods not working in 1.02

Edit: It appears TSW decide to overwrite everything I did yesterday. Fun...

I had the same issue today. For some reason if you overwrite a flash file in the default folder the patcher usually ignores it. Very rarely the patcher decides to replace those flash files with the original default files...
